Terms and Conditions
Below are our full terms and conditions for all Services provided by The Arrive Group (“Arrive”). By entering into a contract with Arrive, you acknowledge and abide by all these terms and conditions. Please do not engage our Services if you do not agree with the terms and conditions. Please note that these terms and conditions are to be viewed within the scope of Arrive’s superior legal obligations within the Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable laws.
Clients we Engage
Arrive only engages Clients who satisfy both below:
- Have not yet arrived in Australia, and will do so within the next 1 – 6 months.
- Have an valid, active and legal avenue to Arrive into Australia already arranged, such as an Australian Visa. Arrive has the Right to request evidence of such.
Engagement Period
Arrive’s engagement period will begin from the date we engage the Client pre-arrival to the 30 days after arrival into Australia.
For example: If an individual contacts Arrive on the 1st September (pre-arrival), and enters Australia on the 1st December, then Arrive’s engagement will be from the 1st September to 30 December.
Reasonable Alternatives
You may, up to two (2) times, request Arrive to change their recommendations / options provided to You.
Services We Provide
Services that we provide are those that are expressly listed within our Contract that will be signed when we engage You. These will be our promises to You in helping you settle in Australia. Standard Services we provide are available on Our Website.
Please note that while we do take requests for Services to be added to the Standard List of Services, Arrive has the utmost and complete discretion on accepting or rejecting the additional requests. Where Requests are accepted or rejected, You will expressly know of this in writing in signing the Contract. Where Requests are accepted, these requests will also be added to the express Services listed in our Contract.
Liability
Whilst anything sourced for you will always be aimed to be done to the highest standard and care by the Arrive team, please note that Arrive cannot unilaterally control or predict the actions of other providers, and hence, Arrive will take no liability or responsibility over the shortcomings of third party providers we engage on your behalf.
We may however assist you in the rare cases where a Service Provider has a shortfall in their standard with coming to a resolution with the Provider.
Refund Policy
Arrive offers a 100% refund policy till the date we provide our First Services, whereafter, the refund policy decreases to zero (0%). For example, if we engage professionally on the 1st September (Determined by the date Contract is signed), and we undertake our first Service to you on 1st December (Services listed in our Contract that will be signed), then you are eligible for a 100% refund from 1st September to 30th October, dropping to 0% on and after 1st December.
Communication Methods
Our primary communication method – and the expectation – should be that we will communicate to you via E-mail. We may communicate to you by phone or SMS where either: We have decided to do so due to some specific reason, or You request so and we approve it. Either way, communication methods outside of E-mail will be expressly included in our Contract, hence, where it is not included in our Contact, there shall be no expectation that we will communicate outside of email.
Turnaround Time
Once you are engaged by Us, we commit to providing you some sort of response within 24 hours if You ever need to reach out to Us. This does not apply where we have not received your message due to a technical error, or other error outside our control.
Contract
We will not have engaged you until both parties signed the Contract. The date of Engagement is the date the most latter party signs the Contract, not the date the Contract was generated.
No Referral or related fees
We Commit to only take fees in the form of the Service Fee from You. We will not take referral fees or similar from providers we work with or connect you to, or similar.
